In your work, you will be responsible for the entire claims process - from the moment the customer reports the damage until the case is resolved according to terms, laws, and practices. In this role, you will work independently on your own cases towards set goals, but you will also collaborate with colleagues and, when necessary, external contacts. In vehicle damages, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible service without compromising efficiency and quality.

You take initiative and see this as a given; you are motivated by the ability to influence and want to be part of the journey to make customer interactions the best in the market. You are driven by investigation and analysis to achieve a correct and fair result in claims handling.

Experience in law, claims handling, or similar processing is an advantage.

Every customer contact is unique, and therefore we are looking for someone who is driven to provide the customer with a professional, service-oriented, and engaged response. You can identify with our values of close, engaged, simple, and together.
